How To Do A Standing Bent Over Raise

Take a pair of dumbbells in each hand.  Bend your torso forward at the hips so your body is parallel to the floor.  Keep your knees slightly bent.  With your elbows in a locked position raise your arms upwards until your elbows reach head height.  Ensure to pinch your shoulder blades together.  Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position and repeat.
