How To Do A Seated Incline Hammer Curl

Sit on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand and hang them down by your sides.  Turn your hands inwards so your palms face each other.  Without moving your upper arms slowly curl the weights up until the dumbbells hit your shoulders.  Lower the weights back down and repeat until your sets are complete.
