How to do a seated bent over row
Sit on the end of a bench, knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place a pair of dumbbells on the floor by your sides. Bend forward at the waist so that your back is nearly parallel to the floor. Grab the dumbbells and let your arms hang straight down. With your palms facing in without moving anything but your arms, pull the dumbbells upwards to meet the sides of your chest. Hold for a second then return to the starting position.
