How to do a one arm row

Grab a dumbbell with one hand while placing the opposite side knee and hand on a bench.  Lean forward so that your back is almost parallel to the floor.  Let the hand holding the dumbbell hang straight down.  With your palm facing inwards and without moving your back pull the dumbbell upwards until it reaches the height of your chest.  Lower the dumbbell back down to the starting position.
