How To Do A Concentration Bicep Curl

Sit on the edge of a bench with a dumbbell in your hand. Let the dumbbell hang between your legs and tuck your elbow into your thigh. Bend forward at the waist keeping your back flat and slowly curl the weight up until it reaches your shoulder. Flex your bicep and return the dumbbell to the starting position.
