How to do an Incline preacher hammer curl

Stand behind an incline bench with a dumbbell in one hand.  Extend your arm so it lies flat on the bench and your arm pit in snug against the top of the bench.  Lift the weight slowly and in control flexing your bicep at the top of the movement.  Lower the dumbbell downwards to the starting position and repeat your sets.
