How To Do A Incline Preacher Curl

Holding a dumbbell in your right hand position yourself behind an incline bench.  Position your arm flat along the bench so your armpit is snug against the top of the bench.  With your palm facing up slowly curl the dumbbell upwards until it reaches your shoulder.  Flex your bicep at the top of the movement and slowly return the dumbbell back to the starting position.
