How to do a bench incline row

Position a bench 1 or 2 notches above the flat position.  Grab a pair of dumbbells and lay so your chest and abs are flat against the back rest.   Let your arms hang straight down with your palms facing inwards. Pull the dumbbells upwards so they meet the sides of your chest.  Lower the dumbbells back down to the starting position.
